| LA ANTENITA lA NOTICIA DECÍA ....pero la antenita ya está aquí In order to increase its capability to support deep space missions, ESA has initiated the procurement of a second 35 m. antenna, similar to the one operated in New Norcia, to be located this time in Europe, in Cebreros in the province of Avila (Spain) about 70 kilometers North-west of Madrid. The works started in 2003 and the antenna will be operationally ready in 2005, and will be used initially for the support of the Venus Express mission. GOOD LUCK! | |
